Eco-Anxiety

Skills and Strategies

A series of webinars

by Dr Jarrod White

“In the wake of the Black Summer bushfires Far East Victorian Landcare (FEVL) developed a series of eco-anxiety videos with funding from the East Gippsland Community Foundation. In partnership with Dr Jarrod White, these concise assets give an overview of ‘eco-anxiety’ along with tools and techniques individuals can use to assist in dealing with the feelings of uncertainty and stress surrounding natural disaster events. While originally created to help East Gippsland residents, it has quickly become clear that these readily accessible and professionally developed videos are an invaluable and inclusive asset for the global community.”

Episode 2: Sitting with Fear
